Consumirem 1 o 2 racions di\u00e0ries en forma de pasta, pa, farines o el cereal com a tal, preferiblement integrals ens aportaran fibra i m\u00e9s nutrients que si els consumim refinats.<\/p>\n<p>Verdures i hortalisses: s\u00f3n font de vitamines, minerals, antioxidants i fibra.<\/p>\n<p>Fruites: ens aporten vitamines, minerals, antioxidants i aigua. Poden prendre&#8217;s com a postres o\u00a0piscolabis\u00a0a mig mat\u00ed i en el berenar.<\/p>\n<p>Els productes lactis ens aporten calci, per\u00f2 cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies a ells, s\u00f3n preferibles els lactis procedents de la llet de cabra, ja que al tenir menys lactosa es digereixen millor, sin\u00f3 podem optar per alternatives sense lactosa com les begudes vegetals (arr\u00f2s, espelta, mill, ametlles, avellanes, \u201calpiste\u201d, civada, blat negre,\u00a0quinoa, s\u00e8sam\u2026.) estan bon\u00edssimes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;opci\u00f3 per a cuinar els aliments ser\u00e0 per descomptat l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva de 1a pressi\u00f3 en fred, reduint el consum de sal, evitarem la tan temuda retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids i la cel\u00b7lulitis, per a donar sabor als aliments condimentarem amb herbes i esp\u00e8cies com l&#8217;all, la ceba, la farigola, el roman\u00ed, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La fruita seca i llavors no haurien d&#8217;eliminar-se de les dietes, ja que menjats amb moderaci\u00f3 no tenen perqu\u00e8 ser cap problema, ens aporten minerals com el calci, ferro, f\u00f2sfor, magnesi, seleni, i els seus greixos vegetals s\u00f3n cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n<p>Les prote\u00efnes les obtindrem de la carn, peix i ou. No cal abusar de les carns vermelles ja que tenen greixos saturats, i la millor opci\u00f3 per al peix \u00e9s el peix blau, els seus greixos s\u00f3n m\u00e9s saludables, quant a l&#8217;ou \u00e9s prote\u00efna completa, cont\u00e9 tots els amino\u00e0cids que el nostre cos necessita per a transformar-los en prote\u00efna d&#8217;alt valor biol\u00f2gic i\u00a0biodisponible.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;opci\u00f3 vegana seria combinar llegums amb cereals, ja que aquesta combinaci\u00f3 ens ofereix prote\u00efnes de qualitat id\u00e8ntiques a la carn i al peix amb tots els seus amino\u00e0cids.
