S\u00f3n aliments on trobem tots els nutrients essencials: hidrats de carboni, l\u00edpids, prote\u00efnes, vitamines, minerals, fibra, mid\u00f3 i antioxidants.<\/p>\n<p>Per desgr\u00e0cia, avui dia sembla que ens estem nodrint de cereals cadav\u00e8rics, a causa del predomini de l&#8217;agricultura amb\u00a0OMG. En els\u00a0OMG, les llavors s\u00f3n est\u00e8rils, no s\u00f3n portadores de forces vitals, donant lloc a generacions de nens amb nivells de desnutrici\u00f3, que es tradueix en fatiga i esgotament. D&#8217;altra banda \u00e9s evident l&#8217;augment d&#8217;intoler\u00e0ncies aliment\u00e0ries i al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies degut suposadament tamb\u00e9 a l&#8217;ab\u00fas d&#8217;herbicides i pesticides. Ens trobem doncs, davant una nova condici\u00f3 patol\u00f2gica: enmig de l&#8217;abund\u00e0ncia predomina la desnutrici\u00f3, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important que les\u00a0farinetes\u00a0del nad\u00f3 siguin ecol\u00f2giques.<\/p>\n<p>Els principals cereals s\u00f3n: l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, el blat, la civada, el blat de moro, el s\u00e8gol, el mill, l&#8217;espelta, el\u00a0Kamut\u00a0i l&#8217;ordi. Tamb\u00e9 tenim pseudocereals que no pertanyen a la fam\u00edlia de les gram\u00ednies: la\u00a0quinoa, l&#8217;amarant i el blat negre. Sense gluten: l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, el blat de moro, el mill, la\u00a0quinoa, l&#8217;amarant i el blat negre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CIVADA<\/strong>: Vivificant, augmenta la resist\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica. Seria una bona opci\u00f3 per als nens que diuen que estan cansats. Aporta calci, potassi, ferro i\u00a0oligoelements\u00a0com el zinc i el mangan\u00e8s. Ideal per a nens que tenen colesterol pel seu contingut en\u00a0betaglucans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00c8GOL<\/strong>:\u00a0Remineralizant. \u00c9s ric en silici i potassi. \u00c9s laxant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESPELTA<\/strong>: \u00c9s molt apreciada, perqu\u00e8 igual que el\u00a0kamut, no ha sofert hibridacions. Moltes persones amb al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies al blat milloren al menjar espelta, ja que t\u00e9 menys gluten. \u00c9s\u00a0remineralizant, t\u00e9 fibra i \u00e9s ric amb vitamines del grup B.
